In this morning when we were still sleeping, a staff knocked on the door and barged directly into the room. This behavior was too rude. I hope the hotel can give us an explanation

Location and room size is not bad. Watching YouTube or Netflix on TV is good. But the room had a toilet’s problem. Cleaners start to come around 8am we can hear moving wagon noise in your room. And if you don’t put the “card” about cleaning by around 9am they started to knock many times and when I didn’t answer someone entered the room. I felt so scary and after that i couldn’t sleep well. Another day I didn’t ask cleaning but someone entered inside and cleaned actually. I didn’t prepare anything to enter someone in the room so it was very uncomfortable. I worried about security because i traveled by myself. I stayed 4nights and really wanted to enjoy my holiday but I couldn’t unfortunately.

La estancia en este hotel ha sido muy buena. Caminando se tarda unos 30 minutos hasta el centro o bien, puedes coger el metro que está a escasos metros. Hay un McDonald a dos pasos. La habitación es muy confortable y con una bonita decoración. Buen colchón y el baño muy práctico.Se agradece la cafetera con sus cápsulas y el calentador de agua para comenzar la mañana.

Should provide conditioner and lotion. It's very drying there with the hot shower. Breakfast should be varied. Same breakfast menu for 5 days was tiring. Breakfast was eu19 per pax, standard but pricy for the selections served. Location is good, staff are nice. It's clean and the aircon or heater works. Will be good to have a small iron in the room. Gym was small and basic but only one or two at the time of me using it, so was fine.

The food is poor in this hotel its not high level hotel. Doont have clean whater in the room the bootle was empthy. poor hotel maybe 2-3 stars.

An excellent hotel with friendly staff and good vibes. Everything was super clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast seemed a bit overpriced for what was offered. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely stay there again in the future.

Hotel dietro al prater, in zona tranquillissima. Struttura molto curata e pulita, personale veramente gentile.
