When I checked in, the desk person didn’t seem to have information about my prior payment or what I had booked (I did show him my receipt, which he accepted), but he first sent me to a tiny room with a single small twin bed. I had to go back to the desk and show him that I had paid for a larger room with either a double bed or two single beds. He then gave me a much larger room with a double bed, but 1) the booking itself should have shown that the room was prepaid in full, and 2) the booking  should have shown him what kind of room I had booked, and 3) he should have looked at the receipt I showed him to confirm what room I had paid for.  The whole check-in process was weird and being first sent to a very inferior room was annoying!

Breakfast is really really good, room is small but enough for solo travellers. Location close to schronbunn palace, and recommend to book it if price difference with hotel in the central district are huge

Everything is great at the hotel. Staffs are very helpful. I can leave my luggage there both before check in and after check out. The breakfast is amazing too. Several options to choose. However, the location is a bit far from the center but easy to take public transportation to go.

Отличное расположение, рядом вокзалы и недалеко от туристических мест (мы ходили пешком), а также есть трамваи и метро. Очень вкусные завтраки. Номер был большой и просторный, большой телевизор, ванная чистая и есть ванная

Lovely hotel with very kind reception staff. Clean room. Room temperature rather warm at night ( March 24/3-17/3) as aircon not switched on yet in main hotel. Had to open windows and road noisy. Other than that all perfect. Excellent breakfast too. I’d definitely return there and would highly recommend.

Great hotel. Spacious rooms and helpful people at the reception. Very convenient Location to get a tram or underground. You have to pay a one time €15 charge to use the wellness centre during your stay. Free apples was an unexpected bonus (My family loves them). Our booking was without breakfast as there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.
