完美，非常非常好，強烈推薦，一切都很完美～

周邊還算OK 街角拐過去有一家泰式按摩（不是正對面那家）非常到位 按的比國內還好

Our stay was a mixed experience. I appreciated that the housekeeping team accommodated my requests to have the towels changed and rubbish collected daily. However, a senior male staff member at the front desk, who was on duty on the morning of Thursday, 8 October, informed us that under normal circumstances, these services were only provided every five days. He also mentioned that guests were expected to dispose of their own rubbish at designated area. The apartment was located in a separate building shared with other residents, which felt less like a conventional hotel stay. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell in the common area as soon as we stepped out of the apartment unit. The furniture inside the unit also appeared rather old and could benefit from refurbishment. In addition, the door lock operated with a key and was quite difficult to manage. On a positive note, I would like to commend Witold for his excellent service. He welcomed us warmly upon arrival and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. His professionalism and hospitality made a great first impression. Overall, while the staff did accommodate my housekeeping requests, the property could improve its housekeeping policy communication, common-area cleanliness, furniture condition and door-lock convenience. I hope the management will take this feedback into consideration to improve the guest experience.

立地はメトロ駅から５分で便利、かつ中心部北部なら歩いても行けるということで、非常にいいいとおもいます。 隣がスーパーというのも、旅するうえで非常に便利だと思います。 昔の豪華ホテルをリニューアルした感じで、建物やエレベーター、室內の造作は新しくはないですが、部屋は清潔で問題なかったです。 なにより、ヨーローッパのこのクラスのホテルとしては非常に珍しく、バスタブが付いたいたのは非常に良かったです。 外出時に預けなくてはならない昔ながらのキーも雰囲気がありますが、そろそろカードキーにしてもいいかなとは思います。 料金もほどほどで、ウィーン観光をするうえで、十分お勧めできると思います。

Понравилось всё. Аутентично, хотя я не любитель старинных интерьеров, но было уютно и комфортно. Завтраки хорошие, персонал приятный, воду из-под крана можно пить, она хорошего качества. Местоположение отличное, несколько шагов до центральных улиц, персонал очень приятный 😇 Всё понравилось, недостатков не было

Çok merkezi bir otel. Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Temizlikten de memnun kaldık. Özellikle kahvaltı salonunda Gönül Hanımın bizi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettiren samimi ve sıcakkanlı yaklaşımını takdirle karşılıyoruz.

小さめのお部屋でしたが、綺麗で問題なく過ごせました。少しだけ市街地から離れていますが靜かにゆっくり過ごせました。

Emplacement excellent et personnel très agréable ! Le style était plutôt "classique" (clé physique plutôt que carte à puce par exemple), tout à fait au style de la ville en général.
