In general it’s a good Place to stay. However, there was one night that the wifi was suddenly cut off, and we had to use 5G. For changing of towels, have to do it manually at -1 floor

The location of the hotel is in Vienna central area which is excellent. Tram stops are just at the hotel you can be conveniently traveling. A kitchenette in the room is equipped with sink, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine which are very good. The hotel staffs are very nice and excellent service. I would recommend.

이 호텔에 창문이 있어도 중정 쪽 방을 배정 받으면 창문을 열 수가 없습니다! 크리스마스 연휴 내내 닫힌 창문을 바라보며 보냈습니다. 프런트데스크 시간제 직원의 대응은 최악이었고, 서비스 종사자의 마인드가 아니였습니다. 또한 벽에 있는 조명이 작동하지 않아, 수리를 요청하였으나 프런트데스크 직원이 말하길, ”나는 기술자가 아니다! 연휴에는 기술자가 없어서 해 줄 조치가 전혀 없다!“ 이런 서비스 상황입니다!!!
