特別點贊酒店Clara, 本身已購買三日早餐, 但去到餐廳反饋說沒有訂購, 交涉後酒店反饋是她們系統問題並Clara誠摯的道歉及可愛的卡片感覺很溫馨, Housekeeping服務不錯, 第二天早上和Reception反饋了日用品問題, 晚上回到酒店發現沒有change, 反饋前台後一位年紀稍大的男士跑過來提供酒店缺失的日用品, 給這位認真態度的男士一個讚！行李寄存前台女生服務很棒, 也是之前Check in的那位女生, 但是拿回行李時前台有個黑胖女全程目無表情, 好像她欠了別人錢, 拿個行李竟然沒出來就讓別人自己拿, 沒見過這樣的所謂前台！是整個酒店住宿期間最差的沒有之一！這5分服務好評是送給前台Clara和那位男士的周到服務！

The hotel in a great location, 5-minute walk to Metro station and 2-minute walk to a very nice restaurant. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a good coffee shop. However, there is no hanger in the bathroom to hold the clothes

衞生間對著床不太好設計的，還有鏡子對著床也不太滿意，空間太小了 行李箱都放不下，衹能把床推開 移動，門應該弄成移門

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The room is cozy and very clean, the bed a bit too soft for what I'm used to, but it's comfy. The breakfast is served and the quality is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There's also a terrace on the 8th floor where there's a nice view of the city and a bar. I'd definitely come back.

Buena experiencia aunque no tan bien ubicado.

The hotel is luxurious overall, but unfortunately our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. I booked two rooms for three nights, and the room assigned to my sister-in-law had a faulty shower head. Although the shower head was made of high-quality material, it was very heavy and secured with a loose screw. While showering, it detached and fell onto my sister-in-law’s boyfriend’s toe. As the swelling worsened and the pain became increasingly severe, we went to the trauma unit for an X-ray. What we initially thought was a minor injury turned out to be a hairline fracture in his little toe. As this happened on the first day of our 訂房網站, it was deeply upsetting and affected our mood for the remainder of the 2.5-week holiday. That said, the hotel staff handled the situation with empathy and care. They repaired the shower head immediately, provided additional first-aid supplies that the hospital had not given, and took the time to listen to our concerns. They also reassured us that they would look into the matter and see if they could assist with covering the hospital fees, or alternatively refund the room charges for the three nights. Things to be improved: 1. Make sure that the toilet amenities are comprehensive (my room was missing hand wash)

Very cool design , beds were soft with pillows too soft and uncomfortable . I had no wifi or signal reception inside the hotel . Breakfast was very good but slow service. No help with luggage. No amenities in the room , slippers etc
