    酒店位置很好在市中心，是一棟歷史老建築，瞭解到華僑林彬先生的故事很感人。酒店硬件設施和服務都非常好，前台還提供免費的點心水果很貼心。如果真要找瑕疵的話，就是床墊有點軟。

    此次入住體驗令人失望，問題1. 酒店整體設施陳舊，衛生狀況平庸。床鋪材質過於薄透且毫無彈性，體感冰冷僵硬，給人一種使用多年及陳舊感，不僅體感不適且毫無保暖效果。2.主管服務態度需改善：入住當天，前台值班的主管（Jinny）態度不友善。可是，在入住第二天碰到另一位當值的兼職（Part-time）員工時，他的態度反而比主管親切及有禮貌。第一天碰到主管，為何她的服務精神遠不如一名基層員工？ This stay was highly disappointing due to the following issues:1. Outdated facilities and mediocre cleanliness: The overall facilities of the hotel are outdated, and the hygiene standards are mediocre. The bedding material is extremely thin, completely lacks elasticity, and feels cold and stiff to the touch. It gives off a heavily worn and aged impression, making it not only uncomfortable but also providing absolutely no warmth.2.Supervisor's service attitude needs improvement: On the day of check-in, the supervisor on duty at the front desk (Jinny) was unfriendly. However, on the second day of my stay, I encountered a part-time staff whose attitude was warmer and polite . It is disappointing that a supervisor met on the first day possessed far less hospitality spirit than a frontline employee.

    The shower floor was dirty when we arrived and the vent directly above the bed were filled with dust and webs that would rattle as the air came through them.
