酒店是在victoria 市中心有點年份的酒店，樓下就是酒吧，半夜也會有點吵。設施什麼的都比較陳舊，有地暖空調，但是調節器有點問題，不是很暖的。電視不是智能電視，衹能看到幾個本地節目。衹訂了一個晚上，將就一下吧。地理位置還可以，在市中心很多地方都可以走路就到。

Sadly the room wasn’t clean at all. There was dust and plastic trash on both bed side tables. Other guest left some food leftovers on the fridge which had a weird smell and we reported this but they didn’t do much about it.

酒店設施極其老舊 房間有上位房客垃圾未收拾 進門就有莫名不舒服感 壓抑 恐懼 不隔音 樓下酒吧音樂嘈雜聲持續到凌晨 房間冰箱放在廁所 壓縮機整晚響動 還有其它莫名響動 半夜有人開門 整晚不敢入睡 住過最差酒店 不如國內連鎖 經理不給退款 定4晚衹住了2晚

Located right in the heart of Victoria on Government Street, this hotel is located right opposite to The Bay Centre (shopping centre) and exploring. I was very impressed by how quiet my room was, though the trade-off for the silence was a window facing an internal light hall rather than the street. The onsite laundry is the best deal I’ve seen among hotels in BC ($2.75 with detergent included!), and the staff are incredibly helpful with coin exchanges. The building is a bit older, but it is exceptionally clean—even the carpets felt fresh. Just a few downsides: the sink is quite small and splashes easily, the shower area is a bit tight, and the lighting is a bit too dim for tasks like doing makeup. Overall, a fantastic value stay!

I want to give an honest review, when i entered the room, it's kindy bit smelly. Since it is an arrival, the aircon should be on already so that the area will give fresh air. The housekeeping supervisor / checker should always have inspected it carefully especially the smell of the area. But the room is clean.

改裝したばかりで綺麗だが、エアコンが室外機と室內機が一體型のため、うるさくて止めないと寢られない。窓に網戸が付いていたので開けて涼しく良かった。
