酒店位置非常好，緊鄰議會大廈。窗外景色優美，可以面對海景，還有個小露台。屋內掛畫是維多利亞市景，設計得很有品味，本來對酒店非常滿意也想給個滿分！奈何次日退房前台小哥豪無理由扣了100加元外加86.28加元，合計扣186.28加元！所幸銀行通知及時，前去諮詢為何扣款？前台小哥沒有一句解釋道歉，叫我們問自己銀行。交涉半天説已經退款了。我們等了好幾天才收到退款。無論是故意扣款還是操作不當，前台小哥真的很不稱職，酒店需要加強對前台小哥的管理培訓，不要讓不稱職經常出差錯的工作人員損壞酒店美好的形象！

빅토리아 아일랜드 여행시 하버 부근에 위치한 호텔을 찾았고 국회의사당 바로 옆에 있는 그랜드 퍼시픽 호텔은 위치적으로 너무 좋았어요. 다운타운에서도 너무 멀지 않고 하버뷰가 조금 보이는 쪽으로 방을 배정 받아서 답답하지 않아서 야경뷰도 함께 할 수 있었어요. 시끄럽지도 않고 조용해서 푹 쉴 수 있었네요. 수영장도 있었는데 수영복을 준비하지 않고 가서 이용을 못 했어요. 클래식한 가구지만 청결도는 깨끗했고, 커피 머신 갖추고 있어서 커피도 잘 마셨어요. 조식 신청하지 않아서 음식을 맛 보진 못 했어요. 메뉴를 보니 아침,점심,저녁 식사가 가능했어요. 한번쯤 이용해도 좋았겠다 싶네요. 하루 숙박이지만 만족하고 빅토리아 아일랜드 하버와 다운타운을 편하게 여행할 수 있었습니다.

Top notch service. Corner suite on the 6th floor had a killer view of the harbor and parliament building. Walking distance from restaurant and the BC museum. Really appreciated having a sitting space separate from the bedroom.  Everything was very nice but room not newly remodeled.  Nonetheless,  looking forward to an opportunity to stay there again.  Major flaw was the pool, sauna area was part of an attached gym. Not the spa experience I had hoped for.

飯店的位置極佳，距離港口遊艇碼頭只有30公尺，要搭船非常方便，要去賞鯨和看野生海獺，非常方便且生動，房型是直接看遊艇碼頭 view非常好, 是和兒子一次自助旅行非常好的住宿體驗。

Run, don't walk away from this hotel. They are not honorable. I don't even think they are Canadian. They certainly don't act like it. There was a screw up in my reservation. The booking manager called me back and said, "with regards to your reservation I'm just letting you know that these reservation was made online and it synced directly into the system so it was with a third party booking so it came as an active booking until yesterday so if you have any issues with the booking you have to contact or go back to the same channel where you book" ... well I called 訂房網站.com who were wonderfully understanding and thought they could back out the reservation and make it for the proper night but the hotel didn't allow it. Even after 訂房網站.com thought it could be done. This place is way way over priced for what it is, and there are plenty of other hotels in the vicinity that offer a much better deal. The seven people that we have staying at the hotel heard about my ordeal and will never book here again.
