This is a self-service hotel. The whole "hotel" (4 rooms?) is located in the 3rd FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR/LIFT!!! I nearly lost my reservation and ended in the middle of the night in front of a closed door because I didn't know that YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM FOR THEM TO SEND YOU A 2 PAGES WHATSAPP WITH INSTRUCTIONS in English on HOW TO GET INTO THE PROPERTY!! I couldn't read half of it, as it was too long for the App to fully display it. They don't send it by email. They should have sent that information automatically! nobody answers their phone or WhatsApp. The room was very nice but the STAIRS are a KILLER, especially with suitcases or after a long day walking beautiful Verona. It would have been fine if it was cheap, but for a place without service of any kind or assistance, it is a very expensive AirB&b.
