Superbe hôtel très bien situé sur la promenade, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et au calme, à proximité de l’embarcadère pour les îles Borromees. Tout est au niveau des quatre étoiles, service, literie, oreillers, salle d’eau, propreté. Seuls petits bémols : les toilettes non séparées, et les bouteilles d’eau du minibar (qui ne contient rien d’autre) sont payantes, ce qui est inhabituel pour ce standing, et non signalé. Le petit déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, est très correct, dans une salle très agréable. Il est également possible de le prendre sur une petite terrasse dehors. Les serveuses sont sympathiques et attentives. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Fantastisch hotel met echt fijne medewerkers. De locatie vonden wij wat minder. Ondanks dat het direct aan het water ligt is er buiten de boulevard niet iets als een centrum waar je lekker kan rondkijken in allerlij winkels

Outdated, tired with no more than 3star hotel amenities,service, and equipment in the rooms.TV didn't work properly, no restaurant in the hotel,,no kettle to make a cup of tea in a room Basic breakfast with not much choice and unpleasant girl Angela with not much of customer service skills.Would only recommended for max one stay if you stuck.The reception stuff are very nice ,went out of the way to sort the problems and make our stay bit more comfortable. Thank you,

Очень хороший отдельный: расположение идеальное (рядом причал, самый центр, все рядом, до ботанического сада 15 минут пешком), заселение быстрое, сервис очень приветливый (девушка на ресепшн рассказала что посмотреть, где покушать), хороший завтрак, в номере чисто, есть все необходимое, в номере тихо. Что можно улучшить: матрас, душевая лейка требует ремонта. В целом рекомендую, я бы остановился ещё раз, если буду в Палланце.

Alles perfekt. Zimmer mit Seeblick war fantastisch. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, ausreichend und vielfältig. Parksituation akzeptabel. Parkplatz für 10€ pro Tag in ca. 300 m schnell erreichbar. Ausladen vorm Hotel kein Problem.

Hôtel qui pourrait être excellent si l'isolation serait meilleure et sans les chiens qui aboient dans la chambre à côté quand les maîtres sont à l'extérieur. On avait l'impression d'être vraiment dans la même pièce. Sinon accueil sympathique mais je regrette que cet hôtel soit dit de classe omette de nous dire que le parking coûte euro 26 : excessif
