체크인을 다른 곳에 가서 해야 했기에 힘들었다. 호텔 입구도 도무지 호텔입구처럼 생기지 않아서 처음에는 사기당한 줄 알았다. 그런데 객실에 들어간 순간 모든 인상이 완전 바뀌었다. 마치 옛 저택에 들어 온것 같은 고풍스러운 분위기가 완전 매혹적이었다.

Second time here. Check in at another hotel 10 minutes away. It is not clear why the hotel does not provide this information in advance. Overall, the hotel leaves only pleasant impressions. Very warm in the room, clean. It's' located in the very center. Special thanks to the cleaning staff - the rooms are really clean.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, la porte d'entrée est un peu triste au premier abord mais quand vous rentrez dans l'hôtel c'est très propre et la chambre est très bien, assez spacieuse avec une belle salle de bain,les chambres sont faites tous les jours,les draps de bain et essuie mains changés aussi tous les jours,proche des arrêts de bus et des stations pour les bateaux, petits restos autour de l'hôtel,la réception est a 10/15 minutes à pied donc pas très loin et l'accueil à la réception était très bien...
Que de bons souvenirs...
Un hotel muy bien ubicado y perfecto para una visita turística. Encantadas con la comodidad, lo único que para hacer el checking hay que ir a otro hotel que esta al lado de la estación y hubiese estado bien saberlo antes pero por lo demás todo genial.☺️

La camera era davvero carino per una persona sola. é anche molto comodo siccome si trova vicino la stazione di santa lucia. Sono stata solo 1 notte ma ci sarei stata anche piu di un una. l'unica cosa era che nella reception gocciolava dell acqua dal soffitto e la doccia nella camera in cui sono stata era meta aperto e non cera diciamo la porta per chiudere quindi cera il rischio di bagnare il pavimento.
la receptionist era comunque gentile e accogliente! molto simpatica☺️

Ideal location near the train and bus stations. Easier to walk to all the tourists areas without your luggage! You do have to walk to another hotel to collect your room key as there is no reception but you can leave your luggage there first. Our room was very small but ok for a quick tour of Venice and there is a small cafe out the front and to the left that sells great coffee! Air con worked well and the terrace on the top floor is idea for getting away from the crowds to relax in the sun or an evening drink with a nice view.
