Excellent location and from San Marco to hotel only need to cross one bridge with suitcases. About a seven minute walk but took us longer. Room is smaller than expected. There is water, yogurt and juice in fridge room free. We were on third floor facing street and it was quiet later at night. Air conditioning on off need to call lobby to turn it on or off. We liked it especially the cafe Rosa Salva next door. The restaurant across from hotel is really good food! Highly recommend.

Oda oldukça geniş, tertemizdi. Klima çok iyi çalışıyordu. Yastıklar, yatak tertemiz ve çok rahat. Yeri ise mükemmeldi. Otel çalışanları çok yardımseverdi. Altındaki pastane çok iyi ve otel müşterilerine %10 indirim sağlıyor. Ayrıca, son gün bavullarımızı bırakabilidik ve gönlümüzce gezip geri geldik. Döndüğümüzde 1. kattaki tuvaleti kullanmamıza izin verdiler. Her ihtiyacımız anında karşılandı ve çok memnun ayrıldık. Yine geldiğimizde tercih edeceğiz. Teşekkürler. Not: Lokasyonu da harika. St. Marco Meydanı, Rialto köprüsü ve iskelesi, 5-10 dk. yürüme mesafesinde.

The hotel.is in a fabulous location close to St Marks Square. The front desk clerk was fantastic, SO helpful and arranged our water taxi 訂房網站 back to the airport at the end of our 訂房網站. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. The only problem I encountered in the entire weekend was we visited the coffee shop downstairs twice, and whilst the majority of the staff were lovely the silver haired lady on the till was rude and offensive on both days we visited, she literally threw my change at me on both visits which was disappointing. The only conclusion I could come to was she didnt like English people as she was completely different with the Italian customers. Although it could have been she simply didnt like me, either way it was the only problem during our entire stay and didnt affect the stay at all.. Would I recommend this hotel, most definitely!

Stayed at Rosa Salva hotel in Venice which was beautiful. The room is very spacious and warm. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well, helping us to safekeep our luggages after check out and also giving us directions. Had such a great time in Venice and at this hotel with my husband.
