運河及沃爾特酒店 (Hotel Canal)

In general in accordance and fair to the price level in Venice at this point of the shoulder season. Real mages of the actual room were not available / not matching / not updated on the online offer. Current images are the same in different room categories / price categories (standard room having the same images like 訂房網站le room etc.) and therefore misleading for the customer. When addressing the issue, one staff member was helpful / understanding, one was absolutely not and tried to blame me as a customer. Room facilities were okay, hot water takes quite some time to arrive in the shower, shower could have been cleaner, view towards the backyard is very messy (which is a pity as the backyard and garden could be beautiful) as currently used as storage space. Bed cover was stored very messy in the wardrobe where customers also supposed to hang their clothes. Luggage storage was available, yet very important values need to go separately into the reception, food was absolutely okay for the price range.

Location is good to stay in city centre, Breakfast wasn’t good, internet service was good.

What a pleasant surprise! Location is great only 5 minutes walk from train station. There is one bridge to walk over, easy enough to do with a luggage bag and depending on the time of day/night there are baggage porters at the station whom can take the luggage for a small fee (approximately $5 per bag) Rooms smaller in size approx 19sqm fitted a Queen and single just enough room to accommodate our minimal time spent in it mostly sleeping as we were out and about exploring anything and everything. No view but window could open and the AC worked well. Small TV and the shower over bath was a bonus also had body wash and hand wash, towels with heated towel rack. Again small but enough for what we needed. View rooms also available. Level 1 and 2 have stairs (no lift) but the staff will assist if you ask however everyone including us took our own luggage. Great checkin and then meet Angel the following morning whom was able to extend us for two more nights and keep us in the same room. The breakfast was ample consisting of tea/coffee,juice, fruits,pastries,bread with options to toast,deli plate hams,cheeses,tomatoes and the usual Nutella,Jams etc my favourite yogurt and granola/oats. Best of all location,get a 24,48 or longer public boat pass to use throughout your stay and also takes you to Murano and Burano. Location,Location,Location!

很好，驚喜，衞生不錯，還做了除味清新，早餐自助。 好像給升級了房型？？？因為很大。窗外就是大運河的風景，關窗後也很安靜，空調可以用，製冷溫度也很舒服，熱水也很舒服。 性價比很高，價格便宜，有早餐，過個橋就是火車站。完美！ but，沒有電梯，我是一樓所以還好，如果被分到高層就得辛苦下啦。

入住時的小姐姐態度很好，原本以為會在威尼斯度過美好的假期。但是退房時的**男簡直是噩夢。從沒見過這麼惡劣的酒店前台。讓我們浪費了一個小時，還把我的旅伴罵哭了。 住過不同國家上百家酒店，這是最差的一家！ 設施：馬桶沖水鍵上有洞。 服務：衣服落在房間，不但沒有幫旅客保管好。先説沒有聯繫到同事，要求我們在一旁等待，但是得到沒有找到衣服的回覆之後並不告知。並且態度極其惡劣。

前台兩個人，越南籍的女性很熱情，義大利的男性充滿演技的不解決問題。酒店給的房間與圖片嚴重不符。試圖通過訂房網站溝通，前台電話卻壞了，酒店前台也拒絕通過我的手機與訂房網站溝通。圖片上的是前台不是住宿的餐廳，拐角才是。衹能説中規中矩，義大利的住宿整體比國內差一大截

Pokój z widokiem na kanał, bardzo czysty i zadbany. Pościel czysta. Klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze, dlatego nie martwiliśmy się hałasem z zewnątrz - nie było potrzeby otwierania okien. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadania smaczne, pomimo nie za wielkiego wyboru. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, przy dworcu Santa Lucia. W bardzo bliskiej odległości od stacji transportu wodnego, z którego można dotrzeć niemalże wszędzie. Sam budynek i wnętrze części wspólnych może wydawać się odrzucające, jednak do samego pokoju nie mamy najmniejszych zastrzeżeń. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

酒店位置好近威尼斯主島火車站，可以步行直達，房間空間足夠大，早餐食物款式豐富，仲可以寄存行李！
