體驗感極差，1）我們在這家酒店續住3天，第二天我們930出門，下午3點鐘回酒店，房間還沒有打掃，315分我們正躺下休息，服務員突然打開房門，居然要求我們10分後離開，他們要掃房間，我們拒絕了！2）下午5點鐘在上海出門，特地到前台打招呼，把我們的房間打掃一下，9點鐘回房間，沒有打掃，去前台問詢，説是服務員都下班了，沒法打掃，3）酒店給我們推銷的遊船比訂房網站上的價格貴，我們問原因，前台説訂房網站上推薦的是國有大船，2-300人一個船，服務差，講解聽不清，酒店推薦的是私人遊艇40-50人，服務周到。於是我們就信了，結果上船發現，酒店推薦的是2-300人的大船！4）電吹風壞了，窗戶關不嚴實

Everything good except that the Hotel consists of various buildings connected to each other and to reach the room 619 was problematic since we had to climb 3 flights of stairs for about 50 steps and then after a long corridor go down another flight of about 20 steps. The finishes are good and the furniture is elegant, but the layout is such that it was impossible to install elevators. Obviously it is good for young people, but not suitable for seniors like us.

Hotel is pretty good. Although it is old hotel, the service is good. They only thing is the ground floor rooms are very smelly. .

The hotel has very good location, you can easily walk everywhere. The rooms are quite big. There is no complimentary water or tea/coffee in the room, but you can order it in the bar downstairs. The breakfast is quite good, so is the service.

Nous avions une belle chambre au 1er étage, quelle chance comparé à nos amis qui pour le même prix se sont retrouvés au rez de chaussée chbre 631, très basse de plafond avec petites fenêtres sans vue sur l’extérieur et une odeur d’égout masquée par des désodorisants écœurants . Dommage qu’il ait tant de différences. La chambre 631 ne devrait plus être proposée ! Néanmoins, en ce qui nous concerne, prestations à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Первый раз найти этот отель непросто даже с картой и навигатором. Но побывав в нем, мы его полюбили и сразу забронировали на следующий раз. Расположен не на главном туристическое пути. Но зная маршрут (налево из отеля) короткй путь до площади Сан Марко и набережной Сан Закария. Прекрасные исторические интерьеры. Разнообразный завтрак. Неожиданный бонус - шампанское на завтрак
