Location is fantasic! Breakfast is great! Room is very very small for price paid. Room deco is very dated, and not enough lightning. Dont even have kettle or proper glasses. Air-con is so cold and keeps blowing onto face. Had very bad sleep all 3 nights i was there. Receptionist no smile. Looks like people owned them money. No amenities. Honestly, for EUR300+/night, i had expected more of it.

電梯衹到四樓（還壞了），五樓六樓是樓梯，我們住五樓自己提著箱子爬到了五樓。房間老舊。

El hotel está muy céntrico y muy bien, pero las instalaciones son muy antiguas. Las sillas las camas, ropa de cama, baño etc. pero eso sillas todo limpio

Terrible hotel in a great location. Zero room amenities. Old and small room. Non functional bedside lamp. Musty odour. Only saving grace is its great location. I would never recommend this hotel even to my enemies

İ made reservation on Royal San Marco hotel but they gave us a different room on a different building ( 150 meters to hotel) every morning we are walking to hotel for breakfast. İf i want to stay ona a residence i was make reservation to residence, i made reservation to 4* hotel it was really bad experience
