Waited 30 minutes for the guy to show up to let us in. He didn't answer the phone and we had to ask a resident who was leaving to call the owner to let us in. Horrible neighbourhood, people loitering and sitting on the sides of the payments, barely heard any Italian spoken here. Cockroches in the kitchen, amenities falling apart taped together with celotape, seemingly all the springs broken in the beds.

The location of the stay is inside an old building about 10min walk from the Mestro Station. The walk is not so pleasent one especially if you have family or for solo female travellers, during the night you would feel unsafe just by the people on the road. It was me and my daughter, we just needed a place to sleep for the night before we move inside Italy. If you have the budget, it is recommended to stay in an other place, closer to the Mestro station. The room itself was clean and the beds were good to sleep. Thin walls outside, so get some ear plugs if you are light sleeper. Lot of cockroaches in the dining area and the room had Mosquitos. No fan in the room, but you could open the window. Its located on the first floor, so if you are carring heavy, be ready for the climb. Overall, I would not go there once again if I am taking my family, If I travelling along, Maybe depending on the budget I have for my travel.
