酒店鄰近赤足橋，在火車站旁邊，地理位置十分方便，不用在充滿橋和石梯的威尼斯推著行李走來走去，雖然浴室是外置的，但這個價錢也是可以接受，而且浴室也是非常乾淨，亦有洗頭水沐浴露，毛巾亦有浴室也大，房間有露台，亦有衣櫃方便擺放衣物，有電梯到2樓雖然比較慢，但也是可以啦，可以寄存行李服務態度亦可以，推薦來威尼斯的人

Location very near to train station, good for us with heavy luggages. Horrible experience to have to use own room private toilet, which is not in our room, but located at our upper floor… Toilet is extremely small, even for Asian, just wonder how European can fit into this toilet. Ss the toilet is extremely small, the shower curtain will stick to your body all the time while you are showering. In our room, no toilet available but there is a complete kitchen. However, there isn’t any cooking utensils, cup, plate, or even simple kettle there. Your information about local hotel tax is €2 / pax, but the counter lady was trying to collect €3.50 instead! Very terrible experience and we stopped bathing and plan to bathe only in Milan …

The room was big and spacious , and the view from our hotel was also good . We really liked and enjoyed . The only issue we had is the bathroom , it was on the second floor and we are on the first floor. When we asked about it on the reception , the staff on the time at 2 pm on 18-3 was quite rude. I dont know why she need to yell. Its better to say in a polite manner.

В целом нормально. Не особо удобное местоположение. Все по минимуму. Но в целом - необходимое есть. Нет запаха сигарет. Чистое белье. Чисто. Чемодан можно оставить в комнате хранения багажа. Единственно- какая-то не верная информация по туристическому сбору на 訂房網站.com, надо отредактировать. В целом- хорошее место.

El chico que nos atendió a la hora del check in nos dio un trato pésimo, solo hablaba italiano y estaba como enfado por que le preguntamos en inglés algo, la habitación estaba algo sucia y las cortinas del baño igual con varias manchas de suciedad, una manta también estaba sucia y con manchar marrones y rojas , le pedí cambiar la manta por otra limpia y la respuesta fue “eso es lo que pagaron no le puedo cambiar no tengo mantas” … tampoco salía casi el agua caliente.. en fin no me vuelvo a quedar en ese hotel ni lo recomiendo a mis contactos… vale destacar que en la mañana si nos atendieron mucho mejor y hasta nos dijeron en donde dejar las maletas para conocer mejoran Venecia, pero igual el resto de las instalaciones se veían sucias y muy deterioradas
