I had a marvellous holiday with my family. All hotel employees were friendly and only difficulty was having waiters with no English knowledge. I handled it knowing a bit of Bulgarian but might not be so comfortable with everyone

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels so far, but this is probably the first time I’ve experienced a hotel closing its restaurant area for a party and allowing loud music to play until 3:30 AM. Being woken up by the noise and then going down to the lobby only to be met with an indifferent attitude from the staff made the experience even more disappointing. These are behaviours that definitely do not suit a hotel of this standard. I believe especially the lobby staff should be trained to be more welcoming and on how to communicate properly with guests. the food was genuinely delicious. However, the pool temperatures were far below normal levels.
