酒店離機場很近，一開始是不經意間發現的這個酒店了，看了很多人的評價覺得應該還不錯，也帶著忐忑預訂了三晚。來了以後發現，確實挺好，整體風格比較溫馨，給人一種很舒適的感覺。酒店沒有一次性用品，也早餐不好，但酒店的服務人員也很專業，能感受到他們的主動服務性，下次還會入住並推薦親朋好友[強]

The ad says it comes with a breakfast When you get there, the breakfast is only muffins, cookies, etc. if you want bacon and eggs like a normal breakfast, do you have to pay an extra eight dollars? Maybe they should specify that on their ad instead of saying breakfast included. Just to clarify.

We booked the hotel cause the location closed to wonderland, however, the room we booked is nice and big enough as a family of 3. But they not offered those hotel toothbrush, it just happened to me I forogt to bring my own, so I asked the reception they said we need to get ourself by vending machine in the lobby, however I arrived in midngiht, I have no chose, so I just got the toothbrush in vending machine, it showed 5 dollars for the one-time toothbrush (it is very bad quality white tootch brush), once i paid my credit card with the machine, it charged me 10 dollars, thats insane. I went to talk to reception guy, and he said he cannot help and asked me talk to manager tomorrow, I asked him how your manager know i bought that brush, can you make a note to him, he said he will know no need for the note. For the service and rape me off that 10 dolloars, I mush share here, the hotel not worth it, also the breakfast really bad, just like other reviewer mentioned, not good, I would say they only offer bread, you could tell those bread like very low quality from supermarket, even the coffee might just instant coffee too. Overall not recomanded.

Most staff were very pleasant, only had a bit of an attitude from the front desk attendant who checked us in. Seemed like she was assuming we should’ve known the answers to our questions and that I was annoying her by asking. Other than that experience we never saw her again through our stay.

Check in was quick.. arrived in my room.. had to figure out how to use the TV (change channels , find channels, etc) NO instructions,, had to figure out how to fill & turn on jacuzzi ..again NO instructions,, ONLY food available was list in room of restaurant downstairs .. would have been nice to have a Telephone book where I could have found alternate food for delivery Other than that room was clean & amenities (shampoo. soap, coffee maker & supplies ) were great

本來訂的是套房，然後也收到了確認信，很遠的地方趕過去，但是到了地方check in時候本來是有，後來兩個前台印度服務員在後面互相嘀咕了一會兒，具體説什麼聽不到。然後就和我説這個房間無法居住，以漏水的名義，也不允許我看房間。服務態度也不好，又直接給降了一個很小的房間，對酒店的失信感到很絕望。

工作人員態度非常好；灑店環境也不錯，停車方便。我訂了三天的房，有特殊情況，要提前一天離開，我懷著好奇的心態審請了提前一天退房，灑店既把沒住的一天房費退回給我。
