I by mistakenly booked for another date and wanted to modify the booking dates, called 100's of times to the property but no one picked up my calls. then I contact MMT they put me on hold and checked with the property and team lied to me that we are unable to change the dates and the hotel is sold out now but when I checked on mmt and other site all three variants of the rooms were available. one of my colleague even had to rush to the property and check if we can get the refund or to get the different dates for check in but no one helped us. at last we didn't check in also not even we received any refund. we didn't receive even any other dates we received no help from the hotel staff. it was a terrible experience and we had booked suit room and all the money got wasted more than the people are terrible and not good people. no help received bad experience

Door lock was not working in first room....after requesting for 3 hours we were alloted with another room In 2nd room, the AC kept leaking throughout the day. Also I had booked Executive room but were provided standard room I had paid for breakfast as well which was not provided either. The reception was way too much rude

The room looked good, but was totally dusty, toilet and shower floor has stain, shower spout rusted, drain are choked. Main door auto closure can't cover the last mile we need to push to close(better if it's removed ) good place but totally not maintained

Ac in the room was not working properly and i had to request several times and escalated the issue but the guy at the reception was so adamant and rude saying the ac is working properly. Even the staff who inspected the ac said it had a problem still he was not ready to change the room. Then after multiple escalation he changed the room had visited this property several times but this was really very bad and hampered the customer experience

Staff was not polite and first things if u have visitor friends so please don't go to this hotel they don't allow family and friends members to come in room rudely behavior towards your family, break fast was not good they don't have options in break fast.

Your hotel booking charges are 50 % higher than hotel actual charges. Shame on you. Ypu had lost trust

❌ rude reception staff ❌ drilling work going on above floor of my room… no amount of requests did they consider and kept on doing drilling work ❌ charged me 74/- for 1 liter mineral water which even 5* hotels don’t charge ❌worst breakfast ❌ broken lid of water kettle in room
