We booked 4 rooms, check-in was really smooth. We arrived early, still they gave us one room. The only thing to highlight is when we visited , the staff was less. The staff was good. You have plenty of food options in 10 mins walk from the stay.

Property is old with no maintenance. Rooms are not cleaned properly and smells bad. Water leaking issues in bathrooms and not cleaned properly. We stayed for three days, no one came for room cleaning. Person with low budget can stay if he/she don’t have any issue with above points.

the hotel was very bad (third class hotel) and the bathroom was very dirty and also they didn't kept any soap and shampoo very dirty washroom and hotel . I don't recommend to go in this hotel it was terrible

No blanket was provided in-spite repeated reminders. No dust bin in room. It was 800 m away from cliff and car parking facility also was there.

Couple friendly rooms. The resort is near the varkala clif. Walking is possible to visit cliffs and beaches.

Came for new year eve. Average stay suggested for group travel. 5-10 minscwalk to beach. Overpriced for the ameneties they have. Took the basic category of rooms.

Staff and owner not helpful. They didn’t pick call after 10 PM, no one at reception for help, complaint to delist this property to avoid trouble for others. Owner didn’t picked phone executive also.
