The Resort is beautiful, clean and the room amenities are well above standard, the room service is also exceptional however unfortunately the restaurant and beach service leaves alot to be desired - veryyyy slow, not enough staff and orders messed up quite a few times (especially over the weekend). Although the after service given by the general manager and restaurant manager rectified the situation, clearly they are under staffed and 'lower level staff' need to be better trained at handling clients. The reception service and concierge were also exceptional, polite and very efficient. Overall I would rate the resort as 7.5/10 - unfortunately when consumers pay 200% over market price for food and drinks, the service contributes alot to the price they are paying.
