room is very small very small bedding and there's a smell coming from washroom. the same amount which i has been payed i am getting big room and neet and clear washroom. same i am going to mail in my organization

There was no ventilation in the room and due to dirty sheets the hotel manager charged extra (₹1500) for sheets.

I have already raise the complain for the same and initiate the refund process.. Get the worst room at the hotel

The rooms were not clean and were smelling terribly bad. The breakfast menu was very limited and repeated for all 3 days. Moreover, the restaurant within the hotel was very substandard. Last but not least, the washrooms weren’t clean and had limited toiletries. Overall it turned out as if I was staying in a 2 star hotel…!!!

Poor Service Quality and no Customer centric focus. we have booked the Deluxe Room with Breakfast availability. while taking breakfast, items were limited and later no sufficient food was available after 1 hrs..Guests were waiting and it's been too late. while asking for reason for waiting, Manager was not supportive enough to manage the situation. Pros: Rooms was spacious enough for the family. Overall stay experience was not satisfactorily. no recommendation to visit again this hotel.
