Hotel is good. I have booked two deluxe room rooms are quite neat and clean, whereas I have issue with one room, which was small compare to other.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel j s residency! the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. loved everything about this Hotel! The clean room, helpful staff, and a cozy vibe made it a memorable stay. the breakfast spread was amazing! fresh fruits, every meal felt gourmet. room service was fast

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included good service. Nice and clean accomodations.

Hotel wash room sink found leakages there was spelling the water entire washroom gezier not properly working. There was not a single towel. There is no big table for lunch or dinner due to i had dinner on bed. No proper ambience due to water condensation on walls inside the washroom.

I thought place would be close to ghat or mandir. But it’s not that close and it’s messy to reach to ghat from this property. This place cannot serve you good food. Very average rooms. Staff were nice. They can maintain better quality and cleanliness.

I planned to visit Banaras and I was choose Hotel J S Residence but as my experience this was the worst experienced in my life. so I'll not suggest it to anyone..
