Room stinks, shabby furniture and pathetic bathroom fittings. Even railway retiring rooms are better.

A very bad smell was coming out from washroom,no exhaust fan was provided, so informed to the manager for the sane. Did nothing to resolve it. Also request to chang the room , and told him that we are ready to pay extra amount for other good room ( having no foul smell from washroom), but he didn't take any actions to resolve our complaint.

hotel is very very old . has to be renovated. the rooms stink..no housekeeping.food taste is good..overall very bad

. The property owner / mmt cheated me and inf-act the property was overbooked and when i reported at hotel reception. And no room was available and receptionist declined to hon-our the booking done through mmt. I was forced to return with family from hotel siddardh that night. Very terrible experience and please arrange to return the booking amount. Regards

I prefer staying in siddharth hotel in varanasi because of its affordable prices and location. easily accessible and 24 hours transport facilities. rooms are pretty good though need some improvement in housekeeping and amenities.

Horrible experience with the hotel staff, it is well said when the top management is corrupted then everyone will behave bad. Mr Vishwanath Banerjee, Hotel manager doesn’t deserve to be in hotel industry. We had change in our itinerary due to multiple train cancellation with ongoing Kumbh festival, we landed little early in the hotel. Our request for early check in resulted with reply that even we can’t wait in the hotel lobby till they provide hotel room @ their schedule check in time of 2 PM. Mr Viswanath sarcastic reply can’t be forgotten in lifetime as to leave the hotel lobby till check in time as the hotel lobby is not retiring room or clock room even to keep luggage for sometime. Such a pathetic experience in my lifetime with experience of staying in more than 1000 of global hotel stay. Worst on my count. Not only me, every guest appeared to be have some sort of struggle with front office staff.

Staff was not friendly with guest, basic amenities like besin and hot water was problematic. Timing of breakfast and check in is quite odd.
