pleasant stay at Gupta Inn hotel. Staff were cooperative. Cleanliness was good. every thing were up-to-date.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition with no proper maintenance at all. There was hardly any furniture, and the cleanliness was below acceptable standards. The AC remote was missing, making it impossible to control the temperature. There’s no restaurant on the premises, so you’re left to fend for yourself when it comes to meals. The location is also quite inconvenient—far from the city’s main temple, and there are no transportation options available nearby. Even services like Uber or Ola don’t operate in this area, which made commuting a nightmare. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money.

They gave us very bad room with dirty bedsheets and washroom and when we asked to change our room as it was smelling very bad ,the staff was very rude and asking us to adjust . Room was full of rats and dirt. we had a terrible experience.

REVIEW : Overall our stay at Gupta Inn , Varanasi was good . The quality of morning breakfast , lunch & dinner was quite satisfactory . Rooms services were satisfactory but the housekeeping , room cleanliness & furnishing was poor . Thanks !
