They cancel-led our confirmed booking by saying that we sold out, and arranged our stay at hotel zeeras nearby which is very much terrible- poor food quality, filthy condition, you cannot get snacks before 7:30 as no chef available. Poor practice by hotel silk city by cancel out stay.

The system of operation is very bad and unprofessional. Room service is not upto the mark. There is no proper common area to meet guests as they don't allow any guest in the roo. Male or femal. Food quality is also not good. And i don't find any reason to promote this type of hotels for professionals. Who have business visitors

They are a bluff with uploading well furnished luxury room pics while their rooms quality are low. Service is really bad, staff is too rude.
