Had a 5 day family stay at this hotel. Hotel location was good but amenities were not at par with a 3-Star Hotel. Lift was in-operational. Had to call everyday for hot water in bathrooms. Housekeeping services were average. Breakfast was never ready before 8:30-9:00 AM. Even many items shown in restaurant menu were not available. I will recommend this hotel for a stay of 1 or 2 days not more.

It was completely a bad experience. Staff was completely ignorant and careless in resolving any issues such as: 1. The lift of the hotel wasn’t working on the day I checked in. I told them several times to get it repaired as the senior citizens were also suffering by climbing upto 2nd floor. But there were no efforts made by the management and hotel staff. 2. The hotel washrooms were not getting hot water, for which we complained them for 2 days still nothing was resolved. 3. Cleaning of the rooms and washrooms were atrocious. 4. Hotel chef gave us stale idli and uncooked uttapam in the breakfast which we returned. The chef doesn’t know how to prepare anything. We just had bread toast and half cooked aloo paratha everyday day. 5. Hotel house keeping argued with us when we asked for something which was not available as a part of ammenities. They make their customers feel like a thief stealing their amenities. Very bad behaviour of the house keeping staff. 6. Doors of the washrooms were damaged and the locks were not working. 7. Flush system of one of our rooms was also not functioning. 8. House keeping didn’t clean our rooms even for one day in the 4 days of our stay. When we told he just cleaned what we said and left the wash basin and other places unattended. Altogether this was the worst experience of all my visits till now. I would never recommend anyone this place.

The food was really good, housekeeping incharge was really courteous n helpful. But the front desk people were not so good and courteous and the main thing is about the plumber who had come to fix the leakage in bathroom, he was really rude with everyone n was not listening to the problem. Bathroom was continuously leaking
