Hotel is old building with zero maintenance and some of the staff behavior is also very bad. Coffee machine not working since 3-4 days but no one is responsible. In house phone in room is not working, for every request either come down to reception or call reception number directly. One of the elevator out of total 2 is out so order and no intimation to guest about that, even though they have 100% occupancy in last 2-3 days Below photo is the bowl in service tray for tea bags , coffee and milk sachet. After informing to front manager as well it takes 1 full day to clean
