Location of Hotel was very good, all the tourist points were with in 0.5 to 4.0km transportation was easily available, Near to market ,neat & clean rooms, service was good

Room was big and clean, but food was not good at all. having booked the room for 3 nights with breakfast, had breakfast outside. waste of money.

Varanasi is a beautiful place Due to Maha Kumbh most Hotels were sold out had no option but to stay here at most exorbitant price for a 8 x 10 window less room 2.5 x 8 feet bathroom and stinky place we had the worst experience ever ... where Yogi ji has done wonders in Kumbh there is no check for hotel tariffs in the area charging multi fold and fleecing tourists Need to check on these places wanting to make money as this the end of the world

The hotel is in a perfect location and is situated right in middle of all the good spots. The staff is friendly and the food is also good. The stay ofcourse is comfortable.

The hotel and the staff is superb and very helpful. I loved this hotel the rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The breakfast spread is good. The location is nice, access to all the ghats is easy. You can directly take a cab and reach this hotel from the airport. you dont have to take a separate cycle rikshaw or electric rikshaw and again go walking ... One negative point is that they dont have hot water in the night.

This was my second time stay at shivoy and the experience was good but the only concerning part was bed. Bed is so bad that you can't get a proper sleep. How we spent two days, was terrible. Rate per night for shivoy is so high but the experience what i received i soo baad. Next tim onwards, no for shivoy.

Property is ideally located in the heart of the city, with close connection to famous temples of varanasi. Rooms are ok. Front office staff need to improve their behavior and approach towards guests needs and comfort. I found them very arrogant and high headed. I requested for cleaning my room at about 12 noon and was successful in getting it cleaned at 11. 30 in night after almost 12 hours and regular follow up.

Room was a bit stinky. We stayed there for 3 days. All 3 days did not get breakfast on time. If you are in a hurry to visit the temple, then you will end up missing the breakfast or being late to temple. There is 1 lady in the front desk who is extremely rude. She has an attitude for god knows what reason.
