Not co-operative, they can’t even offer a room just to change clothes. The front desk just said “Nahi denge room”.

The hotel is very close to the Sankat Mochan Hanuman Temple in Banaras. The room was very neat and clean, and the restaurant was good.

Visited with family, pleasantly surprised when the staff upgraded the rooms to Premium from Executive. The rooms were spacious, well lit and aesthetically decorated. The bathroom and room were clean. Food served in the Restaurant was great. Staff is friendly and ready to help. Proximity to Assi Ghat and next to popular landmark Sankat Mochan Hanuman mandir. I would recommend this hotel for families. Things that can get better: 1. Breakfast Spread 2. At times felt the smell from bathroom creeping into the rooms. 3. The reception staff gave us wrong info about Ganga Arti time. we were told 6:15 but it started at 7.

Very good room service and food, the location is also perfect because it is adjacent to sankat mochan hanuman ji temple and just half a km to mama durga temple.

Overall hotel was very good, hotel restaurant was also good, food was very tasty and hygienic but not satisfied with 2 things. 1- the day manager's attitude was casual ( seems like not interested in attending at all) the night manager was supportive. 2- breakfast buffet lack the taste and variety of items served.
