Гостиница расположена далеко от центра , очень не удобно.Номер просторный, но без окон. Белье серое, тараканы ползают, отсутствуют гель для душа, кондиционер для волос, туалетная бумага, салфетки. Персонал не плохой. Я бронировала отель через ваш сайт, там были высокие оценки, я поверила., но разочарование нас ждало.

I find this proparty with makemy 訂房網站 but property, s is very bed bad experience because the hotel was demanding 2000 rupees extra for towel this is because my frd is starting starting girls problem periods the hotel she use towel in in emergency and lasty we pad for that 500 rpy for that towel hotal staf behave very badly and forcing for money

Very ordinary hotel. Workout linens, restaurant non functional. Room services of pre-cooked meals are at exorbitant price. Room had no facilities to have warm water or hot beverages. Lukewarm reception, reception executive initially refused that no reservation found in their records. Later accepted accepted

Though the hotel has decent rooms and room service, it is not a hotel in true sense. Food provided in room was decent. Bathroom of one of the room was small and wash basin was of a size similar to what you have in trains. There is no restaurant, no place to move around, very small reception. You can reach to your room using lift at front, the stairs are at the extreme back of the hotel and very narrow, lobby to reach them is also narrow. It doesn't appear to be a fire safe place. Because, in case of fire lift will be shut and you will be expected to take stairs which will push you deep in the hotel. My suggestion to hotel management will be to make an open stair case at the front of the hotel. It will make it fire safe as well as reduce time to reach the room. I felt very insecure while sleeping because of lack of fire safety.

This staff and rules are extremely awkward. Behavior is skeptical and doubtful. They gotta learn how to treat guests rather than behaving this way. Toilets are too small and unclean

Room was spacious and good. Location is okay. Food was almost pathetic. Room services and other amenities were below par. Chef is not available before 8 am, so for morning/bed tea, guests have to move out.
