The hotel was good. The staffs were polite and they were taught how to handle customers by the management. The food and room service was good. Cleaning and housekeeping was good. No compliants. Its great experience.

Smooth check in, good service, everything was taken care off, good neat n clear room, staff was good and the service was provided at midnight 1 am also, hygiene was also good, overall worth the stay

Hotel rooms are good but it's near to industrial area so air quality is not good. Staff is also coperative but owner is very rude. He didn't allow me to prepare meal for my 1 years kid. Also when I asked for breakfast for my kid he asked me to pay 200 rs for a just 1 idly. so my humble request if you are going with your family and kids don't book this hotel.

Rooms were good. locality is very bad. too much pollution near hotel as it was near industrial area. staff is good but owner is very bad in nature. I have 1 years son for whom I asked for food preparation but he clearly said no. and just for one piece of idly he was charging 200 rs. I left with no option. so I request to the traveller's who are carrying toddlers please don't go to this hotel, as owner is very rude in nature and he will charge you for everything
