設施：雙床房是一大床一小床，一開始還給我們錯的房間，房間比圖片中看著要小，有兩支很小的飲用水，有一次性洗漱用品，小袋裝的洗髮水很好用！有吹風機，但是沒有衣架，問工作人員要，找了半天才找出三個給我們。二樓有一個泳池，沒有游泳，看著挺乾淨的，但是正對著主街，感覺會很惹塵。衞生：房間內部還行吧，外部就不好説了，本來進大堂應該是要脫鞋的，我們玩了一天戶外之後也非常理解，也都有脫鞋，但是很多其他的住客都是不脫鞋的，所以裡面的地面其實很髒，一定要至少穿襪子。環境：萬榮整個地方就塵撲撲的，所以環境到哪兒都差不多吧，除非住五星級。萬榮也很小，這個酒店地理位置還行，反正哪兒都能步行過去，離最熱鬧的那段還是有些距離。服務：總體不錯，前台會簡單英語，但是由於口音可能比較難理解。前台訂去火車站的拼車是5w一人，不知道是拼商務車還是雙條。早餐還不錯，比較簡單，主要就是鬆餅煎蛋炒蛋這些，剩餘的麵包水果果汁咖啡可以自己拿。入住的時候遇到點麻煩，直接給護照查不到，如果在訂房網站訂要告訴前台是在訂房網站或者訂房網站訂的，這樣他就能很快找到訂單。

老撾酒店都差不多大同小異，除非國際五星。挑剔的可以定高價酒店。服務熱情接待。

房間很小，衞生間很暗，熱水時間很短。房間裡沒窗，空調噪音大。樓梯台步很高不合適老年住客。覺得物不所值。

I loved the room, the pool, the location, the view of the mountains, the attentive staff, but the wife and son were not my favorite. The 2 local staff work diligently for 12 hours a day every day cooking and cleaning the entire building on their own. They're constantly moving, but they always stop to smile at a guest and ask if they can help with something. The wife is so rude to the local staff. She screeches at them like she's yelling across a field instead of from the dining room table where she plops herself and listens to dramas at full volume on her phone the entire day when she isn't napping. The son often holds down the reception desk in the afternoons while he's playing mmorpg's streaming at his laptop and becoming very annoyed if his quest is interrupted. The pace could be such high-quality of only the Vietnamese owners were.

The location is good. Just 50 metres from night market. The room is small but it’s quite ok although I booked for twin room but instead the hotel gave me double room. Nonetheless it was sorted out. Cleanliness is ok. The staff speak well in English but not to good in Laos. So be warned.

If you take the minivan from vientiane, the minivan will drop off just 2 minutes walk from this hotel. Room is clean, aircond is cold. The front desk guy are so friendly all the time.
