The building is old. However, the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very kind and friendly, and our family was very comfortable to stay. The view from the 18th floor was as beautiful as a picture postcard, making it a memorable 訂房網站!

The service at the front desk was excellent, they provided us with all the information we needed for our stay. The view from the room was excellent as we were placed on a high floor and had an amazing view of downtown Vancouver. The furniture in the room was a little outdated, and the water pressure in the shower was a little weak. The location of the hotel was great as it was in a very central area of the city. Overall, our stay was a good one.

Excellent location. Walking distance to everywhere. Hotel is a bit outdated, but staff is very helpful. Will stay again if I visit Vancouver.

Stayed there twice, 1st time had a disatisfactory experience with the reception staff, he was inexperienced and forgot things when we checked in and out, couldn't charge 1 of our cards AND also double charged our debit card instead of refunding the deposit when we left. Huge, but dated rooms but depends on your luck, some rooms are newer. Overall still ok. Nice view.

Good location walking distance to eateries and city centre and places. Hotel a bit dated but still ok, we stayed there twice and 2nd time we got a newer room with newer facilities/shower etc. Nice view!!!
