1、房間在居民區街道中的一套公寓，樓的每一層二個房間，相當於B&B民宿類住宿，有客廳和廚房，配洗衣機洗碗機。但沒有任何燒菜的調料和餐巾紙。 2，衞生很乾凈，是新裝修的，通風也好，空調也給力，配有一個洗衣粉和洗碗粉。 3，check in 很不簡單，因為沒有人員在樓內管理，大門和房間進出要密碼，這個密碼須客人打開管理方發過來的郵箱中的連結，自己填寫每一位入住人員的護照（照片要上傳）地址電話等訊息，完成後才會有確認郵件，才有密碼，相當於客人做了酒店前台的工作，這對我們國人的英文能力要求高，如果中間填寫有問題，須按鈕接通管理人員指導。沒有中文。 4，大門有時使用密碼也打不開，這時又要使用門口按鈕接通管理人員。 5，梳化床睡覺翻身時，發出吱嘎嘎嘎，吱嘎嘎嘎，影響隔壁房間客人睡覺，建議換新的。

零服務體驗！避雷！完全就是**酒店！ 到店大門緊閉，按門鈴無人應答，反覆撥打前台電話全程失聯，即使三點才能辦理入住，好至少先讓我們把行李寄存了吧，一家老小拎著大包小包在外面吹了一個小時的風連門都進不去。全程無任何工作人員對接，體驗差到極致。提出退費訴求後直接被拒絕，完全無視客人權益，赤裸裸的**行為！絕對不推薦任何人入住！ ¡Cero experiencia de servicio! ¡Evita los rayos! ¡Es solo un hotel de ladrones! Cuando llegamos a la tienda, el timbre de la puerta estaba cerrado, pero nadie respondió. Llamar repetidamente a la recepción estaba fuera de contacto. Incluso si no podíamos registrarnos hasta las tres en punto, al menos deja que dejáramos nuestro equipaje primero. Toda la familia ni siquiera pudo entrar por la puerta después de soplar afuera durante una hora con bolsas grandes y pequeñas. No hubo acoplamiento de personal en todo el proceso, y la experiencia fue extremadamente pobre. Después de hacer una apelación de reembolso, fue rechazada directamente, ignorando por completo los derechos e intereses de los invitados, ¡robo desnudo! ¡¡¡Absolutamente no se recomienda que nadie se quede!

Not worth the €100 a night I paid for the room. The first one they gave me was cramped and dark, and the mattress was extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. Also I was woken by a baby crying in another apartment every morning and the sofa bed had stains on the arms. Also I don’t know how you are supposed to navigate the kitchen if you have the sofa bed out as it would block the way to the exit and bathroom from the bedroom. I respectfully complained about the issues and the lovely property manager Desiree said I could move to another room, but I had to wait 24 hours for it to be vacant. The new room was much better although noisy as it was on the ground floor right by the street, and the mattress on the new bed was still poor. All in all I would not stay here sgain.
