花園別墅 (Garden Villa)

Прекрасный номер с огромной кроватью с удобным матрасом, в ванной комнате скользко, обязательно берите с собой дополнительные шлепки чисто для ванной. Очень классный дворик с бассейном, ресторан при отеле тоже хороший, все очень вкусно, быстро готовят и ценник норм. Нам нужно было выселиться попозже, без проблем разрешили

All in all it was nice. We first got to know the place by having breakfast at the café and really enjoyed the food there, so that why we decided to book two nights at the hotel. Food is really good and the pool was nice, although it was closed one out of the two days we stayed there. The room was spacious and clean enough. The minus points were the lack of AC (there is a fan on the ceiling but no proper AC) and also the way we got almost thrown out of the room. On 訂房網站.com it says the check out is supposed to be between 10:30 and 11:30, and at 09:45 somebody from the hotel already came knocking at our door! We were just packing our last items and told them we thought we still had some time, to what he answered the check out is at 10:00… he then stayed in front of the room until we were ready to leave! That did not feel good. Also the internet was very weak in our cottage in the back garden. Two problems that are easily solvable though. The hotel could make sure to change the check out time on 訂房網站. Com and get an extra router for the rooms in the back.

Excellent Hotel very clean room and staff is very good swimming pool also very clean. highly recommended.

Overall experience was very good but while i was sitting in the cafe and was a bit tired so i kept my legs on another chair to relax then one of the staff came and pulled the chair instead of asking me to remove my legs which was the worst behaviour i have ever experienced.

The rooms were good, especially for people who are there to enjoy goa rather than just stay in their rooms.

Stay and ambience was good but there where three barking dogs. Whenever we get out or get inside of the property dogs will bark and come. It was so inconvenient and unsafe. We called receptionist each time to enter the property. Other than dogs everything was good.

my overall experience at the garden villa was great, good rooms, ambience 🤌 , pool 🏊 and all othe facilities. i was just a bit annoyed that food was very costly.

I booked this stay ***** with complimentary breakfast and one meal, either dinner ir breakfast, but the stay denied me the food as they said they do not have the option. I had paid extra money for this food option.

Our stay at garden villa was pleasant and comfortable. The staff were polite and courteous. Rooms and toilets were clean. Other facilities like pool were also good.
