They never let us in the hotel. First they asked for printed ID card, we somehow managed to get it. Next they asked coloured print of IDs, but there were no printing shops nearby and we were not able to check in.

The deluxe non ac room was okayish. The TV doesn't turn on. The best part was Cleanliness. Didn't try food from the Hotel so have no idea about it. There's an elevator which you can use anytime. Overall the room was okayish with basic furnitures. No availability of wifi though mentioned. No availability of warm water.

The very duty room is not clean properly. complementary breakfast is very bad. not recommended to staying at this hotel

l had a very comfortable stay.Hotel is very neat&clean.location is very attractive.Pantry service given by the he hotel is outstanding.Housekeeping is also above the level.Very budget friendly hotel.Laundry service is also available

very rude behaviour of staff. No dustbin in the room. No drinking water provided, you need to buy bisleri. Room is very small, no ventilation in room. Bathroom is dirty. Stinking smell in bathroom. TV not working, when requested, the staff said TV does not work instead of reparing it. Not recommended for family.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hotel GRG. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a great experience
