It’s good But if we book an executive deluxe room, we should expect that there will be 2 chairs in the room for 2 guests.

The room is not kept well. Toilet is dirty. The toilet door handle was broken. Breakfast is below average Brewed coffee not there ( SAD)

Rooms are not sound proof and lot of outside sound disturbing the sleep. Also the window doors are sliding type and without any lock and so they are opened in night with moderate wind and disturbed the sleep. I don’t have any images

They tried to pass off a substandard room with noisy ac and then on complaint got another room. The booking page said 240 sqft and the earlier room wasn’t. The rooms are due for painting. The tv in room 406 which i got was ridiculously small !

Amenities were excellent, food was excellent and enjoyed lovely breakfast. Room service and house keeping services and reception all were very cooperative.

Confusion at reception on booking so even though we had rechecked, we were made to wait for quite long. The food quality was really bad- tasteless, bfast and alacarte lunch

The hotel quality is not worth for the money i paid. Very small room with less facilities. Very old type rooms. In bath room the shower is not force enough to take a bath under it. Many more negatives. I won’t go for this hotel next time.
