I can say that our staying experience at Onal Motel was terrible. Since we arrived at the Onal, they said that the hotel closed the service due to low season in Uzungol during this period. They ignore us.Despite our payment already being charged with fully paid upon make reservations in system of 訂房網站. We were speechless. Do we have to walk around Uzungol to look for the new hotel? Fortunately our local van driver helping us by negotiating with the hotel owner. Finally the hotel owner allowed us to stay at the Onal. Regarding the room no doubt, we got a different room ( not the room type we made a reservation for) Also the room condition was totally not ready for the service. We had no choice , just go on then. I just don't understand how this happened? Who's fault? *********** or Onal Motel or both sides? If a local van driver is not helping us, how were we ? Money paid off but no service and been abandoned. This is unacceptable.
