The hotel doesn't have the amenities it claims to have on your site. It doesn't have 24/7 electricity, wifi, refrigerator in the room and air conditioning though physically present is also not guaranteed. The lady at the reception tried her best to.make me stay but I just couldn't cope with the poor facilities that will inevitably produce poor services. A section of the premises is being developed to increase the capacity of the hotel. Location wise, the hotel is located behind the Godwill Akpabio International Stadium which recently hosts most of the matches of the Nigerian Soccer teams but the area is largely undeveloped as the stadium facility hasn't attracted the expected development to the area. In the end, I declined to stay in the hotel and I have asked for the refund of the advance payment for my two-day stay which the hotel has surprisingly objected to! I don't know on which grounds such a request is being objected to but that would be properly resolved.
