We reached at night 0200 hrs, tired and exhausted from the long journey. We were told all rooms are occupied and our stay which was booked has to be cancel-led from my end via mm t helpline mm t helpline gave no help. We had to sleep in our car.

The room in Hotel Himalayan Inn was not as described. The room was not cleaned. The bedsheet was muddy. The bathroom was smelly. We had to ask them to clean the bathroom and provide fresh bedsheets. There were house flies and mosquitoes in the room. The blanket provided was very smelly and they didn't have any replacement of it. We had to use deodorant to suppress that smell. provided a very high rate for rooms in this hotel

They never picked up the call, we were late and wanted to inform they never picked up the call after calling more than 12 times, so we had to stay at gangotri for an additional cost

It was a good stay overall. The owner of the hotel is a very gentle & a helpful person. He guided me in reducing the number of my staying days & helped me in initiating the refund against my booking. A real gem of a person.

Situated on uttarkashi -gangotri highway. Wonderful location. Owner is very polite and friendly. They arranged free accommodation and buffet meal to driver. Well maintained hotel with all basic facilities like fan, geyser, emergency light back up, car parking etc. Bhagirathi river is visible from the room. Good buffet meal rs 150. Uttarkashi temple and ganga arati ghat within 1 km. Recommended to stay at this hotel. Tv was not available.
