Nice, clean hotel in a great location for the train/tram and football stadium. Check in was quick and got a nice g&t welcome drink. Service was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t the best. No kettle facilities in the room which is a must for me! However, they serve hot and cold drinks downstairs. The outdoor area on the canal was lovely in the sun! Would definitely stay again.

Transportation is very convenient, buses and trains are just downstairs from the hotel. 20 minutes walk to Utrecht city center. The downside is that there is no closet.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Cadius from front desk is very helpful and provide lot of advice for our family to travel in city. Everything is perfect in hotel.

Perfect verblijf met onze twee kleinkinderen van 8 en 14 jaar! Mooie, ruime kamer (2 gedeelten, gescheiden door driekwart muur), uitstekend ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel 👍mooie ligging aan het water/kanaal. Klein minpuntje: het hotel was (vooraf) niet rechtstreeks telefonisch te bereiken, alleen via Engelstalige tussenpersoon ergens in het buitenland (die geen kennis had van Moxy Utrecht) en ook 訂房網站 kon onze vragen niet beantwoorden (geen Nederlandstalige medewerker beschikbaar). Maar voor de rest: TOP, een aanrader👍👍
