I had a very bad experience last June 9, 2026 with this booking. I attended a seminar within the province and I was not familiar with the best options to stay for the night. I thought Reddoorz might be a good option as they have a vast number of areas all over the country but I was wrong. When I reached the Goldland Spring Resort at night, there was no lighting, no one to welcome the guests. It seemed abandoned. The gate was closed and I only saw 1 car inside the property. I tried to call out for anybody and still tried to wait despite feeling very tired from a long drive and activities but no one came. I messaged the property about it via the 3rd party app. They promised refund but I did not receive the refund as I was promised. The property was probably not functional, so they should not have placed the resort for booking. It was one of my worst experience with booking and it was even my very first book for 訂房網站.
