The room is dilapidated, has a strong smell, is gloomy, has no free parking, and the decor in the room is not what I expect. They said they were able to help me change the words for the decor, but they didn't change it.

The hotel is spacious and clean. It has a balcony as stated the hall facing the glasss door then the kitchen then the toilet and main door. It is self checking and instructions a bit confusing for us. The sunrise view is marvelous and close to the attractions area. The down side is the TV not working, the towels are dirty with holes, the bidet head missing, water heater not constant. Bed not comfortable After chrckout met the cleaners cleaning and replenishing other rooms. Asked how come they supply toothbrushes,coffee,tea sachets to others and we don't have. Their responses are our room is third party consigned so don't give all those and others things. How would we know whether it is Ur hotel rooms or source from third party ower? Also they r changing rm40+ for cleaning maintenance so the hotel should give same standard Nd not bored by TP owner!

Hotel tempat strategic, boleh jalan kaki je nak p kea farm.. stay there 2 night parking charge RM25. Customer service tak mesra langsung.. waktu sebelum check in CS siap remind kita jangan kotorkan kain2 dalam rumah tapi kain tu Pon tak bersih...hmm.. saya suka stay sini, tapi tak suka service ..

Overall is good. Although the building is slight old, but the room is well maintained and clean and neat. This is our 4th stay with this resort whenever we came to Cameron Highlands. The location is convenient and really easy to access. Supermarket is available at the lower ground floor too. Basically u can stay all day there without have to drive out.
