The balcony view from our top-floor room was amazing, and the environment was very quiet. There were no unpleasant smells during our stay, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable. The location is excellent, with many attractions nearby, and having a shopping mall directly downstairs was very convenient. The only downside was that the towels had noticeable stains, which was something other guests had mentioned in their reviews as well.

Good location. Downstairs is TF Value Market. The ground floor has Oldtown White Coffee Restaurant. Next to the building is a hotpot restaurant.

Everything is good, the location is wise, just walking distance to zoo mania, near to palas plantation. Good supermarket and plenty of food choices too. Recommended to stay.

Strategic location, room is clean. The down side was parking is not free, management refused to help in to request for daily parking which suppose to be rm 7.50 daily, end up have to pay rm40++ for 2 nights stay,the parking numbers provided by management nobody response at all.

Просторный номер с хорошим видом с балкона. Отличный большой супермаркет внизу. Для ребенка много развлечений в пешей доступности. Спальня находится в стеклянном «аквариуме» и свежий воздух туда не поступает, я очень плохо спала. Если открыть балконную дверь, налетают комары и всякая живность. Заселение безконтактное, инструкции в вотсап. Общение там начинается с предупреждений о том, что нельзя. И собственно так же и заканчивается, инструкцией куда нужно повесить полотенце. Дичь какая то🤦♀️

very strategic location right opposite of the Palas Boh Tea Plantation entry route. Convenient with Watson's, 7Eleven and Old Town White Coffee restaurant including TF Value Mart supermarket. the unit is very well maintained, clean, equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as cups, plates. others such as bath amenities, towels, slippers and wifi as well. shower water is heated up fast and hot. the balcony has a great sunrise view with a movable table and two chairs. will be back again. cheers.

It’s incredibly comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. The morning view is truly stunning—bright, refreshing, and a perfect way to start the day. On top of that, the location is very convenient, making everything easily accessible.
