床很大很舒服，枕頭是我睡過的旅館中最舒服的（我很挑枕頭） 入住還送溫泉楽園入場卷和早餐，非常超值！ 房間內有怡保白咖啡和奶茶可以喝！ 不想出門也有客房服務餐點，皆是怡保當地美食，令人感到窩心。

Yeahaaaa... we really enjoy out family 訂房網站... so much activities in house theme park. From room, hot spring, adventure park, theme park, so many wonderful moments.It was the perfect blend of heart-pounding excitement and total relaxation. I don't think we stopped smiling from the moment we arrived until the very last second.

Very good service by Sunway staffs, all smiles and patience and friendly with kids. My son is very happy from enjoying this Lost world zoo 訂房網站! 5 stars You can only check in after 3pm due to their small amount of rooms, so DO NOT come earlier! But the staff are really good to call me when room is ready so I really appreciate that. The location is also very good if you are planning to go Lost World, but other than that it is a pain in the ass to travel to old town or central area of Ipoh for good food, just secluded area. Prebook Jeff Cellar since it's in the same area if you want high end but good food. Sunway should not only sell their own products (white label) but also should include things outside like chips or medicine. Not really convenient when all the ground floor of hotel / inside Lost World doesn't have midnight snacks that isn't Sunway branded 😂

Staff are very friendly. Free breakfast with a classic touch (old style coffee) and the free entry ticket to Lost World of Tambun from the Hotel is a BIG PLUS point. Room is clean and tidy.

每個房間帶兩張樂園夜間票，早餐雖花樣不多但還可以，夜間大部分項目都關閉了，可以逛動物園 小水滑梯 熒光爬山夜遊 噴火表演 泡溫泉 沙灘🏖。 缺點是住的房間噪音很大，可能是空調外機。

Location is far from city centre but it's for Sunway Lostworld Waterpark visit. I was shocked for the price of the hotel cos it looks like a budget hotel at the shoplot and the corridor is so narrow so the opposite room is very close to each other. Soundproof is very bad. Anyone walk past your room will have loud noise. But the reception and concierge service is very good and friendly. They are strict on check-in time and follow the official time only. I may not consider to stay here again cos the room condition is old and not well-maintained. Look very budget.

Stayed at this hotel for one night only. Check-in & check-out is fast and convenient. Room is big and beds are comfy. Nearby have Starbucks and McDonald's. The theme parks are great fun.

早餐的餐廳服務態度非常差。因為我們看到裡面還有很多桌子空著她就不給我們坐説有人booking 就我們坐最外面腳咯。我的丈夫跟她理論她還給我們做。我們已經來lostwold hotel 很多次沒有這樣的問題。現在lostwold hotel 我們不想再來了。真的很失望的遊行。
