位於怡保打捫遊樂園，迷失樂園的雙威溫泉套房 - Ryokan管理 (Sunway Onsen Suites @ Lost World of Tambun by Ryokan Management)

如果只考慮到lost world玩，這棟公寓就在水上樂園旁邊，非常方便； 如果打算在怡寶呆上幾天，由於公寓距離市區有一段距離，如果沒有私人交通，會相當不方便。 我租到最高樓層的房間，所以即便隔壁就在施工但基本聽不見什麼雜音，而且房間本身的隔音也不錯，只會聽到一些非常靠近的走廊聲。 房內設有洗衣機，洗完後可以用衣櫥裡的衣掛掛在房內晾乾。 除此之外房內也有濾水機，可以隨時喝到冷熱水。 美中不足的是，房內一共有兩台冷氣機，分別在睡房和客廳。客廳的那台有些問題，非常吵而且會噴冰。 —— 總體來說不錯，對得上價錢，有問題可以資訊業主，回復速度也很快，會考慮再入住。

Overall communication with person in charge is ambiguous and not clear. Earlier send different instructions and later send another instruction saying override the earlier instruction. All done same day or rather 3 hours before check in without any consideration that we are driving and managing many other issues. Hence the check in wasn't smooth. Upon check in, the apartment was bare basic. No facial tissue and also no water dispenser and towels are rough and doesn't smell like it is wash properly. Cleanliness is also not up the mark of other apartment that we have stay before

I had a truly pleasant stay at this unit! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing 訂房網站. The host’s service was outstanding from the beginning, always responsive and helpful with any questions. What truly impressed me was how the host handled a situation where I accidentally left a personal item behind after check-out. Their prompt response, clear communication, and the effort they took to locate and arrange the return of the item showed great professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful management, and I’m really grateful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and well-managed stay. I would definitely come back again!

A day prior to check in I was asked by email to confirm my arrival. I replied immediately to confirm. No response. The following day I received an email explaining the check in procedure. Then only I realised that their is no check in desk. I arrived 15 minutes early and advised that I have arrived. A while later I received a QR code that did not work. Tried calling but no answer. It took another 15 minutes to get something that worked. Other than check in and check out instructions which were a bit tedious, no other information was shared about the accommodation such as swimming pool and gym location and timings, shop, laundry, etc. BTW, there are no shops or laundry facilities on site. There is a kitchen but no working cooker nor a microwave oven to heat things. Might as well not have a kitchen. Found a cockroach walking in the corridor while checking in. Long strands of hair on the floor in the apartment. Shower is very small with terrible water pressure. On the third day (out of four), there was a power outage at 10am in the morning. No communication from the management. We went back to out suite at 12pm only to find that we had been locked out - the key wouldn't work. We went to reception and since there is no reception desk we spoke to security who said just try after some time. 15 minutes later it worked. By this time we were soaked in perspiration. Later we had to drive around to charge our phones in the car and get some cool air from our car air cond. By 7pm I had had enough and contacted the management again to ask when the power would be restored. They responded with a question asking me whether or not it had been restored. Ridiculous! So I contacted 訂房網站 who quickly got on their case and arranged at my request to cancel the remainder of my booking and refund me for 2 days. It the process I discovered that they had hoped that the power would be restored by 6pm but didn't follow up. In their defense the power outage was not their fault and they agreed to refund me for 2 days. I just wish that they had communicated better throughout.

Excellent service and speedy process check in. Self check out and somehow it's kind of unique.Security guard is very helpful for check in. Ryokan management did professional job remotely. We didn't plan stay long but bc of the last minutes health care emergency needed, plan changed. Thanks for the flexibility.

The whole unit is quite big with two bedrooms, and it is within walking distance to Sunway lost world which is very convenient for those visiting the night park.

Location is superb as it is just next to lost world and banjaran. Swimming pools were nice. Onsen pool was good but water temp not lukewarm. Hse is clean, nice bed, but with very basic setup and amenities. No TV available in living room. Parking area was rather dim at some spots and not too intuitive in design.

住宿非常好！為了去迷失樂園而定的，一下樓就到，很方便。管理員也很好，會關心客人能否check in。

Lokasi strategik kalau plan mmg nk masuk waterpark sahaja. Turun lobby terus sampai entrance waterpark. Bilik bersih view balcony nice tingkat 10 menghadap waterpark. Tapi takde provide coffee, sugar and creamer sachets. Not even mineral bottle. Swimming pool besar dan ada hot spring! Best. Cuma leceh sbb access card hanya provide 1 je. So nak naik turun guna lift ke mana2 must always together with everyone.
