淡文溫泉豪華Byon套房 (Onsen Premium Suites Tambun by Byon)

感謝所有工作人員的熱情幫助，特別是後台的服務態度讓我感到非常滿意！謝謝大家的幫助！一定會支持這家公司的所有業務

作為一個在常年來回馬來西亞的中國人，我極度不推薦這家酒店，甚至感到恥辱，入住體驗是我此生最差的一次，從到達那一刻開始，這個酒店一次一次刷新了我的認知。首先酒店在一片施工區域包圍，噪音汙染嚴重，然後我發現，這個民宿所有的宣傳照片都是附近水上樂園的，根本和他沒有任何關係，這個樂園進去玩要額外收費，一個人門票200左右，包括溫泉也是指的這個水上樂園，而這個民宿就是一個公寓樓而已！到達之後，從我聯繫酒店那一刻，一直用了一個小時才進入房間，期間訂房網站也幫我聯繫不到店家，從頭到尾都是自助服務，沒有見到任何工作人員，還收了我200馬幣按金（這是伏筆）且衹能馬來語溝通，英語無效，中國人一定慎重考慮，入住過程極其複雜。進了房間後，衞生間的衞生條件直接把我震驚了，一根毛毛直接躺在洗手池上（如果是我故意放的我****），其他汙物已經無法語言表達。接下來，最震驚我的事情發生了，我打開臥室的玻璃櫃子門準備放東西，結果，玻璃門直接炸裂了，碎了一地，這還不算完，最後竟然讓我賠償了150馬幣，你們敢信嗎，房間設定存在安全隱患，不僅沒有道歉賠償我，然後還讓我賠了錢？？！！這波操作我真的震驚了。最後離店後，還讓我賠了一天毛巾，收了我40馬幣，相當於70塊錢人民幣，簡直是荒謬至極！！！所有遊客務必避坑！！！

就在 the lost world 隔壁，走路都能到。 很新，很乾凈，也安靜。 有泳池，安全，有兩停車位。 樓下有便利店。 建議開車的，去怡保吃美食也不到15分鐘路程。 對面在開發著怡保最大的商場。 期待中。 明年會在安排再來。

非常糟糕的一次體驗，中午3點到達公寓樓下，提前沒有給出具體的入住流程，到了酒店樓下，竟然打不通電話，沒有人接，大概經過20分鐘，才發現可以加WhatsApp 溝通，溝通的效率也是一言難盡，流程相當的複雜，直到4點鐘我們才入住成功，換言之，我們在太陽下整整暴晒了一個小時，本來搜的是酒店，但出來是民宿，顯示有酒店前台，根本沒有，客服基本不會中文，但有一點，倒是非常誠實，直接告訴我們，這個酒店沒有溫泉，衹是熱水，熱水？你不是名字就是溫泉公寓麼？我無語了，説是民宿，沒有洗衣機，連手紙都是小小的一截，這麼貴的房費，不配你們給整卷手紙麼？最後，一個小時的折騰，我被熱暈了，停車場道路狹窄，直接把我的車胎給啃了，噁心死了

訂了家庭套房！ 客服説廁所壞結果換了三間雙臥室給我！ 很不滿意的體驗！

睡房衞生差，床下都是灰塵，大風一吹，全部現形。•

The apartment location is confusing, owner need to closely look who cleans the apartments as sheets were dirty and furniture not clean properly. Easy check in and rest is good except not having a mirror in the bathroom.

環境很美，房子裡面很乾乾淨，出門也很方便。謝謝安排

旁邊在建築，基本還可以，溫泉的溫度真的很溫，水溫不夠，房間洗澡沒有熱水

Never stay here! 8 reasons I wrote to them: #1. You said check in time is 3pm but we waited till 3.12pm for you to come back to us on the QR code. By right you should have given ample time prior before 3pm for us to complete the check in process so that we can get into the apartment by 3pm. What a waste of our time. 😡 #2 We thought this is a hotel stay when we booked through 訂房網站. The name Onsen Premium Suites @ Tambun Ipoh is so misleading. We thought its a hotel stay but turn out to be a apartment with no service at all. If we knew this is Sunway Onsen Suite, we wouldn't have book. #3. The locker is so so difficult for senior people like us to see. Please la, have some sense on this. We couldn't unlock the post box for the keys & needed help from the security guard. #4. For goodness sake, provide a tray in the bathing area for us to place the toiletries. We have to put it on the floor & bend down to get stuffs when bathing. You really have no sense of service. #5. We nearly fell while bathing because of the slippery floor. Please la provide bathroom floor mat for safety reason. #6. For goodness sake fix a mirror above the toilet basin. This is a basic requirement in a toilet. I have to run to the room for the mirror to shave everytime. 😡 And the floor was wet when doing that. Guna la otak! #7. This is the only mirror in the whole apartment & please la fix a light above the mirror. So dark! Can't hardly see myself in the mirror. Mana otak you! 😡 #8. We whatsapp called your mobile so many times but you never bothered to pick our call. Come on. Don't be so rude. 😡 We requested for a clean towel. If this is not part of the service, let us know quick la. We waited & waited
