日本人としては嬉しい日系ホテルです。 ホテル內は日本語表記も多く、部屋の雰囲気も日本の東橫インのままで安心感がありました。 日本と違うところはパジャマがなかった事ぐらいで、 お水やシャンプーリンス、スリッパなどはありました。 簡単なものですが朝食無料なのも嬉しいポイント。 立地は中心街からやや離れていますが頑張れば歩いていけるし（ノミンデパートまでは15分ぐらい、広場までは25分ぐらい）勿論バスもあり、 周りにはデパートやお店コンビニも多く比較的便利だったと思います。

私が滯在した日だけだと思うが、翌朝6時まで溫水が使えなかった。風呂に入れないのが殘念だった。翌朝も溫水の出が悪く、冷水と溫水が交互に出てきた。 スタッフの方は、日本語が通じる方もおり丁寧に案內してくださった。

空間相對比較小，特別是廁所，非常緊湊，跟日本快捷酒店一樣，跟蒙古的地大扯不上關係。 配套還挺全面。 衞生環境還能接受。 附近吃的較少，可能要早點去或者便利店。

這個酒店完全是日本風格，乾淨衞生，但是面積較小，地理位置也特別方便。烏蘭巴託比較堵，從火車站出來之後往前走，到第一個十字路口右拐，走大約10分鐘左右就可以到了。酒店前台服務熱情，會説蒙古語，英語和日語，有一個前台小姐姐會一點點中文，清潔阿姨工作也非常認真。我的房間是朝馬路一邊的，天氣好的時候可以看到遠處的山視野相當不錯。推薦這家酒店！

我覺得還可以吧，在烏蘭巴託找到日式風格的乾淨還挺好的。就是早飯真的不太好吃，當然管飽是ok的。位置很好！周圍幾個大mall，吃的也不少，火鍋烤肉便利店咖啡都可以步行。

토요코 인은 언제나 기본빵은 합니다. 추천추천왕추천이죠 밥은 뭐 사실 그냥 그랬지만 시설은 언제나 참 마음에 듭니다.

일본계 호텔답게 깨큿하게 관리되고 있었습니다, 직원들도 친절하게 근처 몽골음식점도 알려주시고 차예얙, 환전방법등도.잘 알려주셔서 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다, 위치도 랜드마크인 그랜드플라자 바로 건너편이라 돌아올때도 편했습니다, 다른 일본식 호텔과 같이 화장실이 좀 좁은건. 어쩔수가 없는거겠지요, 잘 있다왔습니다. 감사합니다

The front desk staff here are very nice and helpful, which made check-in and day-to-day questions easy. The location is excellent, right near sukhbaatar square, and the hotel offers convenient amenities like on-site laundry. My room was comfortable with reliable hot water, which I appreciated. However, during my five-night stay the room was never cleaned (it was supposed to be done on the fourth day). They did bring fresh towels, but I wasn’t allowed an extra pillow when I asked. Overall, the room itself was good and the staff friendly, but still room for improvement. A good stay.

This location of this hotel is quite strategic considering the number of restaurant, pubs and food outlets nearby provided you are willing to do some walking.. Hotel room is clean and service is commendable. I wish to highlight one particular front reception staff for special mention.Her name is ERDENEKHISHIG. She was kind & helpful and would go out of her way to provide service and assistance like calling a cab on our behalf. However this hotel also has her shortcomings. Breakfast is too basic and monotonous. Bread which is the most universal item is not available. Also check out time at 10am is ridiculously early. It also puzzles me that this hotel still provide smoking rooms which is totally umnecessary as the current trend is towards non smoking rooms for the whole hotel. I hope my positive feedback will help your hotel to upgrade her image further.
